FAQ about our songs app for ESL kids lessons

Which devices is the app compatible with?

- phones: this app is will work with all phones running Android (all versions of Android are supported) and on any iphone.

- tablets & ipads: this app is will work with all tablets running Android (all versions of Android are supported) and on any ipad.
I've installed the app but the songs are short versions.

You have dowloaded the trial version which has short samples of each song. Please upgrade to the full version to access full-length songs by follwing these steps.
How do I upgrade to the full version?

You can upgrade either by paying for the full version on Google Play Store / iTunes Store or if you are our member by entering your membership login details. You can do this within the app - please follow the steps here.
What happens after my ESL KidStuff membership expires?

In order for the app to work with your membership you need to make sure your membership is still active. If your membership expires you will only be able to use the trial version of the app. You can renew your membership here.
What happens after my paid app 1 year subscription expires?

You will need to pay for another year to continue using the full version.

How much does the full version cost?

There are two options:
- If you are a member of ESL KidStuff you can download the full version for free. Membership costs US$34 per year and includes access to over 1,500 printable flashcards, over 1,000 worksheets, crafts sheets, classroom readers, song downloads and printable classroom readers.
- If you are not a member of ESL KidStuff you can purchase the app by tapping the "Upgrade to Full Version" button in your app. The cost for 1 year is €9.90 per year (Approx. €10, UK£8.50, JP¥1,300) or the Android app and US$12.99 for the iPhone/iPad app (Approx. US$13, UK£8.50, JP¥1,300).
Can I use the app even when I am offline?

Yes! You can download any songs to your phone (you'll need to be connected to the Internet at that time) and then use them when you are offline. The app saves the songs in your phone's memory so you can play them anywhere, anytime.
I am experiencing problems with the app - what should I do?

Please contact us with full details, including your phone's make, model and opertaing system version. We will fix the bug asap.
